1. Our services

We will provide you with money transfer services provided you can agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note that we may not be able to provide you with the services depending on your location as we are unable to send money to some locations and jurisdictions.

The use of these services is only intended for those who are of at least 18 years of age. We may ask for additional identity verification for both security measures as well as to ensure that you are the age that you say you are. Please note that we will not be able to provide you with any of the services if you do not provide us with additional identification verification information when we request it.

When accessing and using our services you may not use any devices which may interfere with our portal and services. All customers will be required to register with an account before they are able to start using the services, and in order to register for an account you must adhere to the following:

  • Only provide us with information that is true, current and correct as well as authentic ID documents which we will need to use in order to verify your identity. You must also update us if any of your personal information changes.
  • You must provide us with any additional documents when we request them from you.
  • You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that you keep your personal and log in information safe to prevent any fraudulent use.
  • You must not share any of your personal log in information with any third parties.
  • You may only use this platform to be able to send money to people that you know and trust.
  • You must acknowledge that the use of this platform is at your own risk and should you use it to pay for goods and services then we have no liability for those goods and services provided.
  • You may only act on your own behalf when sending money using our platform.
  • You may not use the platform in connection with any illegal activity, which includes but is not limited to money laundering, fraud or the funding of any terrorist organisations. If we have reason to believe that you are using the platform in this way then we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately as well as reporting you to the appropriate legal authorities.
  • Only one account is permitted per person.
  • You must inform us by using the contact information provided if you experience any issues with the portal at any time.
  • If you suspect that any of the log in information that you have been supplies has been lost or compromised, then you must let us know as soon as possible.

2. Sending money

You must not use these services to send money to anyone that you do not know personally. When you send a request to send money then you are giving us your consent to send the money on your behalf. Your request to send money will be treated as having been received by us as soon as you have submitted it to us on the platform.

Please note that once you have submitted a request to us to send money on your behalf then we will be unable to cancel this after it has been sent to the recipient. If you need to cancel a payment you must contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the information that you have provided for the transfer is correct before you give us the instruction to make the payment. You will be given the opportunity to check all of the details of the payment before it is processed.

3. Payments & Refunds

The total amount that you will have to pay will include the transaction amount, the service fee as well as the relevant exchange rate which we have secured for you. This amount will be clearly displayed before you make the final payment and confirm the transaction.

We will have no responsibility for any additional fees which are incurred as a result of the transaction which could include but not be limited fees including any overdraft fees of other fees which may be charged by your bank.

A transfer will not be executed unless your payment has clear in full. Only then will we process the transfer to the recipient.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, if you need a refund, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be issued if there has been a fault on our end or with our system, if you simply change your mind after your recipient receives the money it will be your responsibility to liaise directly with them. Please also ensure you are sure about your transfer and who you are sending money to, before making any payments.

4. Delivery

When you use our services to send money then your chosen payee should receive their money on the same day and usually within a few hours. The delivery time will depend on the location and the currency.

5. Cancellations

Unfortunately, once we have received the instruction to make a payment on your behalf then we will not be able to cancel it. This is something that will need to be arranged with the payee directly, which is also why you should never use online money services to send money to people that you do not know.

We may refuse to process any payments on your behalf if we reasonably believe that you are using our platform in connection with any illegal services or if you are in breach of these terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual property & Governing Laws

This platform, website and services including all of the content are the intellectual property of us and all title rights on this website will remain our property.

This website is only to be used for the purposes which are set out in these terms and conditions. Customers may use this website and this content for their own personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, publish or sell any of the information or content that is found on this website.

When you use this website we grant you a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this website and its services, subject to the terms of your agreement with us.

The agreement of these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the Kenyan courts.

7. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damages which arise in connection to or in an inability to use these services. We do not guarantee that this website or its content will always be error free or uninterrupted.
